About Tom Sullivan
Beginning his life in a quaint little town on the outskirts of Manchester, Tom Sullivan began to flirt with the idea of drama at secondary school, enthusiastically launching himself into the timeless classic ‘Little Shop Of Horrors’. A seed was planted. That seed began to sprout from the inspiring words of his drama teacher, a woman he believes lit the flame within him to pursue is true calling.
It wasn’t until years later, after discovering he was completely incapable of doing anything other than act (7/8 failed attempts at other careers) did that seed begin to emerge. The Manchester School Of Acting was the chosen institute, a school with a rich history of successful students, here is where Tom cut his teeth, learned the fundamentals & gave himself the foundations to grow, cultivate and explore.
Fate then stepped in. Tom attended an open casting call with a rather flippant attitude, there were thousands in attendance, the statistics & probability of him being cast in Kevin Smiths official Biopic, Shooting Clerks, were inconceivable. He had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
The universe doesn’t make mistakes, what is meant for you shall never pass you by, he was cast. Shooting Clerks is set for a worldwide summer 2018 release & has already racked up six awards, with Kevin himself leading the charge. Since shooting the movie, Tom has continually added to his credits, from all various mediums. Theatre, shorts, commercials. He has a beautiful obsession with the arts & shall endeavour to perform until the end of the story.
