This month we are pleased to feature actor Marc Hughes, supporting lead in the new movie ‘ One Night in Istanbul ‘. After a recommendation from a fellow actor Marc travelled over from Liverpool to let us shoot his latest Actor Headshots we hope will help him further establish himself as a talented up and coming uk actor. Marc choose our very popular Get Ahead actor headshot package which meant we spent a few hours together shooting Marc in a variety of lighting set ups and moods, check the trailer for his latest movie and see his new actor headshots below
Biography Marc Hughes
Marc began acting at the age of 15 when he was cast in a short film alongside Ricky Tomlinson, this spurred his interest to go and study acting in college after he left school. His theatre credits include Terriers, ENDZ, Twopence to cross the Mersey, Brick up, One Night In Istanbul (UK and Ireland tour). He has also appeared in many commercials, most notably a campaign for Adidas in 2012.
In 2014 Marc made his feature film debut, as he was cast as Jamie Kelly in the supporting lead role of One Night In Istanbul. It was released in UK cinemas and has since gone on to be premiered in America, Australia and South Africa.

Having worked with many photographers in the past i can without doubt say Colin is the best. Instead of just shooting away as soon as I got to his studio, he took time to get to know me as a person and a performer so we could both get the most out of the shoot. When we began the shoot Colins skills really showed. His attention to detail is to the finest millimetre and the way he can manipulate light is second to none. There was plenty of time in the shoot to make sure i was relaxed and could get the photos i wanted without ever feeling rushed. I can’t recommend Neilson Reeves enough.

Biography Sarah Luke
Sarah, born and raised in Yorkshire, has always had a passion for acting from a very young age appearing in programmes such as Hollyoaks Music show, Frankenstein, Emmerdale and Waterloo road. She postponed a career in the arts to gain more confidence, life experience and travel the world. From throwing herself off the worlds tallest cliff in New Zealand to volunteering with disadvantaged children in Fiji Sarah is now back and more determined then ever. After working as an intern in the summer on a feature film She is now working as one of the 7 tour guides on the official Emmerdale tour, along with attending drama classes,regular auditions and turning her travel journal in to a book. Furthermore, With her brand new head shots she is ready to launch herself into the acting industry and score that part alongside Ryan gosling!

Where do I even start? Colin is one of the most professional, hilarious and genuine people I have had the pleasure of working with that is extremely passionate about his work. Having had headshots done once before and it being a rushed and painful process (with the photos looking more like school photos then professional ones) I was dreading having to have them done again. However, my experience with Colin was far from that. Biography Joseph Jordan
I am Joseph Jordan and I am from Bolton in Greater Manchester. I am currently studying at the Manchester School of Theatre, going into my third and final year. As a child I never knew what I wanted to do for a career, until at the age of 6 I started attending an amateur dramatic theatre school in Monton, Salford, which allowed me to review the prospect of acting for the first time. I knew straight away that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life! I have performed in many amateur performances from the age of 6 upwards and feel comfortable onstage and working with total strangers, which was something rooted into me from a young age. Thanks to my training in Drama School, I can safely say I am happy with my chosen career, and hope that my future is bright, as acting is all I want to do!

Biography Monika Brodowska
Monika graduated from ALRA North in 2014 with a BA in Acting and is represented by Circuit Personal Management. Last year she moved to Manchester and has worked for Collingwood Learning in a number of their projects bringing theatre in education to schools across the country. She is excited at the possibilities Colin’s new headshots will bring to her career.
